These Terms of Use also apply to the mobile application "Haikan Pipit."

These Terms of Use (hereinafter, "Terms") define the conditions for using all products and services (collectively, "the Services") provided by netstill LLC (hereinafter, "the Company") between the Company and users of the Services (hereinafter, "Users").
Users must use the Services in accordance with these Terms. If a User does not agree to these Terms, the Services may not be used.

1. Handling of Personal Information

The Company handles personal information appropriately in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and any behavior that encourages such actions are prohibited:

  • Acts that violate laws, court rulings, decisions, or orders, or government measures based on laws
  • Acts that go against public order and morals
  • Impersonation of the Company or other users
  • Sending mass or repetitive unsolicited messages or group invitations
  • Providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial groups
  • Religious activities or solicitation to religious organizations
  • Unauthorized collection, disclosure, or provision of others' personal information
  • Interfering with or exploiting vulnerabilities in the Services' servers or networks
  • Any other act deemed inappropriate by the Company for reasonable cause

3. User Accounts

When Users register authentication information to use the Services, the following shall apply:

  • Users are responsible for managing their credentials and preventing unauthorized access. Actions taken using registered credentials will be considered those of the User.
  • Users may delete their account and withdraw from the Services at any time.
  • If an account is deleted for any reason, the User's rights to use the Services will be revoked and cannot be restored.
  • The Company may delete accounts inactive for over one year without prior notice.
  • User rights to the Services may not be transferred, lent, or inherited by third parties.

4. Suspension of Use

The Company may suspend all or part of the Services without prior notice if:

  • The User violates laws or these Terms
  • The Company determines that continued use is inappropriate for any reasonable reason

5. Service Availability

The Company may suspend all or part of the Services without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, fires), blackouts, or other force majeure
  • Maintenance or updates of systems related to the Services
  • System failures or access overloads causing disruption
  • Emergency actions required for user safety or public interest
  • Any other cases reasonably deemed necessary by the Company

6. Changes to the Terms

The Company may modify these Terms due to functional updates, legal requirements, or operational reasons. In case of significant changes, we will notify Users in advance as much as possible. However, changes may be made without prior notice in urgent cases, such as security-related updates.

7. Disclaimer

The Company assumes no liability in the following cases:

  • Damages resulting from fraudulent access or misuse of the Services by third parties
  • Even if damages are caused by gross negligence on the part of the Company, liability will be limited to direct and ordinary damages only (excluding lost profits).
  • In the case of paid services, compensation is limited to the amount of fees received in the month the damage occurred.
  • The Company shall not bear any liability beyond what is legally required under these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office location.
